Goal Defence is energizing full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml peach liqueur stirrings and 70ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just use cold flute glass then add shot of peach liqueur and pour in sparkling white wine and cut small slice of peach and add to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
