Goal Keeper is freshening quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin black truffle and 70ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just use cold glass then add shot of gin to glass and pour in sparkling white wine and cut one green grape in half and add to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
