Method
  1. Cut lime into wedges.
  2. Squeese wedges into glass.
  3. Top with ice.
  4. Pour in cachaca.
  5. Add ginger liqueur.

Gingerbilly is bracing heavy cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 45ml cachaca mangaroco and 15ml ginger liqueur tamborine mountain with 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just cut lime into wedges then squeese wedges into glass and top with ice. Pour in cachaca and add ginger liqueur and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
