Ginger Brandy is exquisite above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy grape armagnac delord freres and 30ml ginger soda with 40ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to serving glass then pour in a little ginger ale soda and add in shot of brandy. Top glass with lemon soda and garnish top with lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
