Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with passion fruit pulp.

Gin Passion - Passion gin spirit drink based on hydroalcoholic solution of cereals and juniper distillate expertly blended with passion fruit alcoholics such as papaja mango passion flower pineapple dragon fruit.

Passion Fruit Juice - Passion fruit juice has no seeds is a little sour and a little sweet with a strong passionfruit flavour.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Passion Fruit Pulp - Passionfruit pulp is passionfruit scooped out of the skin and can have seeds. or the seeds removed.

Gin Passion is flavourful robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin passion and 30ml passion fruit juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with passion fruit pulp and served in a saucer glass cold.
