Gin Fix is palatable heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin giniversity aged and 30ml gin sloe addingham with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
