Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Gin Balalajka is delightful strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin navy strength wildbrumby and 30ml orange juice with 40ml tonic water as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just fill glass with ice then add shot of gin and add shot of orange juice. Top with tonic water and served in a highball glass cold.
