Flamingo Colada is yummy strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml rum light white and 30ml gin rhubarb and ginger whitley neil with 30ml coconut cream as well as 40ml pineapple juice including 20ml grenadine also 90ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until grainy. Pour into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
