Method
  1. Brew long tea and warm glass.
  2. Pour the whiskey into glass.
  3. Stir in the hot tea.
  4. Sprinkle green walnut liqueur on top.
  5. Add warm pastry on the side.
  6. Gu Breagha

Eyemouth is gu breagha standard cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch wolfburn and 20ml walnut liqueur pietro nicola with 200ml tea and best with morning tea snacks. Just brew long tea and warm glass then pour the whiskey into glass and stir in the hot tea. Sprinkle green walnut liqueur on top and add warm pastry on the side and served in a coffee glass warm.
