Etrog Martini is zesty very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin etrog golan heights and 15ml arak gold golan heights with 20ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml etrog juice including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Julep strain into glass and garnish with etrog peel and served in a martini glass cold.
