Fish Finger is nice looking strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 15ml anisetta meletti with 15ml lime juice as well as 30ml mayonnaise and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then finely chop parsley capers and pickles and add all ingrendence to shake. Vigorously shake until emulsified and strain into warm glass and sprinkle more parsley and capers and pickles on top and serve with hot fish fingers and fork and served in a saucer glass warm.
