Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less salt.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Salt rim glass.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with etrog citrus.

Etrog Margarita is gorgeous robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml tequila gold and 30ml etrog juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less salt and shake well. Salt rim glass and strain into glass and garnish with etrog citrus and served in a saucer glass cold.
