  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Fine strain into cocktail glass.
  5. Good with gouda and crackers.

Emilio Largo is energizing strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin sloe mchenry and 60ml champagne brute armand de brignac with 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well. Fine strain into cocktail glass and good with gouda and crackers and served in a martini glass cold.
