Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Tasteful

Curacao Baitz - Baitz White Curacao is a finely balanced citrus liqueur with a spicy background. The flavour is full and juicy but drier than its orange counterpart. The colour is clear and the aroma is that of sour orange.

Brandy Black Bottle - Black Bottle Brandy is a much loved traditional style Brandy that has a smooth and rich character through careful double distilling and ageing in oak hogsheads for over two years.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Egg - Whole egg with white and yoke used in cocktail making and is around 60g.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Egg Sour is tasteful strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml curacao baitz and 30ml brandy black bottle with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 20ml lemon juice including 20ml egg also 100ml ice and best with egg dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
