Method - Poured - Room Temperature

Add half moon lemon to glass.
Add half moon orange to glass.
Place ice into shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over fruit.

Eastwind is restoring very strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka and 15ml vermouth sweet with 15ml vermouth dry and best with lunch. Just add half moon lemon to glass then add half moon orange to glass and place ice into shaker. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well and strain into glass over fruit and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
