  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.

Eastside Press is fortifying strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml brandy coronet vsq and 15ml ginger liqueur hunter with 20ml lemon juice as well as 20ml egg white including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
