Eagle is inspiriting full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin tanqueray flor de sevilla and 30ml violet liqueur with 20ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 20ml egg white also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with violet flower and served in a saucer glass cold.
