  1. Place ice into short rocks glass.
  2. Add in the strong rum.
  3. Pour in the creaming soda.
  4. Sprinkle cardamon bitters on top.

Elwing is bewitching quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum overproof hoochery and 60ml creaming soda red with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into short rocks glass then add in the strong rum and pour in the creaming soda and sprinkle cardamon bitters on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
