Dutchy is glorious heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml bourbon george remus and 15ml curacao baitz with 15ml lemon juice as well as 10ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into short rocks glass and fill glass with ice and good with a mild and soft dutch cheese and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
