Method
  1. Add half the ice into shaker.
  2. Place pinch of salt into shaker.
  3. Drop in thin slices of seaweed.
  4. Vigorously shake.
  5. Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass.
  6. Top glass with more ice.
  7. Blassome

Dulse is blassome full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whiskey irish and 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice into shaker then place pinch of salt into shaker and drop in thin slices of seaweed. Vigorously shake and pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass and top glass with more ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
