  1. Add port into glass.
  2. Pour in the thunderbird.
  3. Stir in the soda water.
  4. Splash lemon juice on top.
  5. Mouth Watering

Dunce is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Built with 60ml port wine white and 60ml fortified wine thunderbird with 30ml soda water as well as 10ml lemon juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add port into glass then pour in the thunderbird and stir in the soda water and splash lemon juice on top and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
