Dorset Scrumpy is flavoursome quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apple rochelt and 60ml cider with 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pack ice into glass then add apple brandy to glass and top with apple scrumpy cider and garnish with apple for eating and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
