Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Mix well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Sunrise Lime Juice - Sunrise lime juice taken from sunrise lime where the pulp is pressed into a juice and has a bright sunshine color.

Sunrise Lime Juice

Coconut Water - Coconut water is the clear liquid inside coconuts. In early development it serves as a suspension for the endosperm of the coconut during the nuclear phase of development.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Direct Island is delectable watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 10ml sunrise lime juice and 30ml coconut water with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and mix well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
