Dilong Dragon is inviting quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml baijiu kaoliang east coast and 20ml curacao with 10ml lemon juice as well as 20ml egg white including 10ml sorghum syrup also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
