Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass, less bitters.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Splash cardamon bitters on top.

Stirred with 30ml umeshu choya 1year and 30ml mandarin liqueur briottet with 30ml mandarin juice as well as 100ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass, less bitters and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and splash cardamon bitters on top and served in a martini glass cold.
