Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Dempsey is luscious full strength cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml gin drumshanbo and 25ml brandy apple lairds with 10ml pernod as well as 10ml grenadine including 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour everything into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
