Method - Poured - Warm

Wam heavy bottomed glass.
Warm consomme.
Thin slice a little spring onion and add to glass.
Pour in shot of soju.
Add chicken consomme.
Good with a polenta spiced.
Delish

Just wam heavy bottomed glass then warm consomme and thin slice a little spring onion and add to glass. Pour in shot of soju and add chicken consomme and good with a polenta spiced and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
