Method
  1. Put ice into blender poco grande glass.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into bar blender.
  3. Blend until grainy.
  4. Pour all into glass.

Okolehao - Okolehao made by sailors from fermented roots of the ti plant in the 1780s. In 1790 an escaped convict brought distillation to Hawaii using the ti beverage to produce a highly alcoholic spirit which became Hawaiis only indigenous alcohol.

Cyclone Sean is pleasurable quite strong cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml rum dark pussers 15years and 30ml okolehao with 30ml grapefruit liqueur as well as 60ml grapefruit juice including 90ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just put ice into blender poco grande glass then pour all the ingredients into bar blender and blend until grainy. Pour all into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
