Built with 30ml dragon fruit liqueur and 15ml poitin glendalough with 15ml passion fruit juice as well as 30ml lemon soda including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to glass then pour in dragon fruit liqueur and add half a nip of gin. Add passionfruit juice and top with lemon soda and garnish with slice of dragon fruit and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
