Soda Water

20% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add rums into shaker.
Place mango pulp into shaker.
Place mint into shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Pour everything into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Top with soda water.

Rum Mango - Mango Rum is a distilled alcoholic made from sugarcane and mango.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Mango Pulp - Mango pulp is mango cut and mashed into small pices.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cyclone Gabrielle is beguiling quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum mango and 15ml rum gold amber with 15ml mango pulp as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add rums into shaker and place mango pulp into shaker. Place mint into shaker and vigorously shake and pour everything into glass then add more ice to glass and top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
