Cool Green is scrumptious strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry poor toms and 30ml elderflower liqueur bols with 10ml lime juice as well as 30ml cucumber pulp including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with cucumber and served in a saucer glass cold.
