Method - Stirred - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Rum Light White Angostura

Lemonade Syrup - Juice from the lemonade mixed is crossed between a mandarin orange and a lemon with sugar water to made into a thick sweet syrup.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cool Light is beguiling standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml curacao blue and 15ml rum light white angostura with 20ml lemonade syrup as well as 50ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
