Built with 30ml arrack black opal and 30ml port wine tawny christian brothers with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml lemon juice including 80ml tea green also 100ml ice together with 20ml pineapple and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just brunoise pineapple and add to glass then brew green tea and chill and add arrack to glass. Pour in the port wine and add syrup and juice and stit in the cold green tea then top glass with ice and served in a coffee glass warm.
