Cocky Fizz is bitter strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin and 15ml elderflower liqueur marie brizard with 15ml lime juice as well as 30ml grapefruit soda including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to glass then pour in shot of gin and add elderflower liqueur. Pour in lime juice and top with grapefruit soda and garnish with grapfruit and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
