Method
  1. Place ice into cocktail bar shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Palatable

Classic Commodore is palatable very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml whisky rye and 15ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar sugarloaf as well as 15ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into cocktail bar shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
