Classic Coronation is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 35ml sherry dry and 35ml vermouth sweet noilly prat with 10ml maraschino liqueur as well as 10ml bitters orange including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
