Claret Punch Cosmopolitan is delightful above average cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 90ml wine red claret and 30ml brandy with 10ml wine syrup as well as 130ml ice also 20ml apple gold renette together with 20ml plum and best with lunch. Just add ice to large glass then brunoise fruit and add to glass and pour brandy into glass. Add in the red wine and stir in the red claret wine and served in a goblet glass cold.
