Citrus Daisy Cocktail

Ingredients

30ml

Vodka Lemon

15ml

Orange Liqueur

15ml

Lime Juice

50ml

Soda Water

130ml

Ice

13% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add cracked ice into glass to chill.
Also add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Top with soda.
Fortifying

Vodka Lemon - Vodka Lemon is citrus lemon and clear vodka with a hint of lemon zest oil.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Citrus Daisy is fortifying above average cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka lemon and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml lime juice as well as 50ml soda water including 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just add cracked ice into glass to chill then also add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a poco grande glass cold.
