Ciderific is extremely pleasant medium cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 220ml cider and 30ml rum gold amber bacardi and best with lunch. Just heat glass then heat all ingredients and warning do not boil. Pour into glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a coffee glass warm.
