Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Place ice into shaker.
Vigorously shake again.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Gin Mr Collins Vickers

Strega - Liquore Strega is a herbal liqueur produced since 1860 its yellow color comes from the presence of saffron and soft smooth and sour sweet with herbs and vanilla in a delicate balance.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Gomme Syrup - Gomme syrup is made from arabic gum and cooked with water and sugar until thick and clear in color.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Classic Georgia is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin mr collins vickers and 15ml strega with 20ml lemon juice as well as 15ml gomme syrup including 10ml egg white also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add all ingredients to shaker then shake well and place ice into shaker. Vigorously shake again and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
