Chipper is luscious mild cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lemon liqueur solbevi and 10ml capers toasted with 10ml pickle cornichon as well as 10ml anchovy including 30ml mayonnaise and best with an entree or small snack. Just blob mayo onto center of glass then sprinkle fried capers on top and add fine brunoise pickles. Layer anchovies on top and pour lemon liqueur around edge and sere with chips and spoon and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
