Chicago is enjoyable strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 10ml cognac monnet and 10ml orange liqueur botella del sol with 10ml bitters as well as 80ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just splash bitters around inside of glass then pour in orange liqueur and add congnac. Top with sparkling white wine and have a chicken burger on the side and served in a saucer glass cold.
