Chicago Fire Extinguisher is enjoyable full strength cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml whisky cinnamon chicken cock and 10ml amaro averna with 15ml almond liqueur dekuyper as well as 10ml bitters smoke abc including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then splash in smoke bitters and add amaro averna. Pour in whisky and float almond liqueur on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
