Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Brandy Artemis - Artemis brandy is fermented and double distilled with pot still and aged in oak until golden colour with vinous aromas of premium grapes.

Vermouth Rosso Antica - Antica Rosso vermouth is made from white wine Piedmonts muscatel and the rich wines from southern Italy.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Charles is smakowity very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml brandy artemis and 40ml vermouth rosso antica with 10ml bitters as well as 100ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
