Feerie is appetissant quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml absinthe dabel green fairy and 85ml sparkling wine white and good to have with brunch. Just add shot of absinthe to glass then pour in the sparkling white wine and garnish with wormwood and served in a flute glass cold.
