Chantilly is gorgeous strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vanilla liqueur and 30ml butterscotch liqueur maison with 10ml vanilla syrup torani as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and works well with savoury style foods. Just chill glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with butterscotch syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
