Change is nice looking very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml baijiu kweichow 5years and 15ml hazelnut liqueur with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with three white onions and served in a saucer glass cold.
