  1. Add sugarloaf into tumbler glass.
  2. Sprinkle in the fernet bitters.
  3. Drop in a lemon peel.
  4. Lightly stir in the champagne.

Champagne Smythers is delectable above average cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Built with 15ml bitters fernet branca and 15ml sugar sugarloaf with 220ml champagne and good with afternoon tea. Just add sugarloaf into tumbler glass then sprinkle in the fernet bitters and drop in a lemon peel. Lightly stir in the champagne and served in a highball glass cold.
