Method - Poured - Cold

Place sugar into glass.
Add in the lemon juice.
Pour in the champagne.
Garnish with small lemon twist.

Champagne - Champagne is sparkling wine or in EU countries legally only that sparkling wine which comes from the Champagne region of France.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Champagne Sour is delectable standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 80ml champagne and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar sugarloaf and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place sugar into glass then add in the lemon juice and pour in the champagne and garnish with small lemon twist and served in a flute glass cold.
