Catherine is tasteful full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml pomegranate liqueur la pinta and 70ml sparkling wine rose dry and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add liqueur to ice cold glass then pour in the sparkling wine and served in a flute glass cold.
